Bharath Kumar is responsible for managing product development at Procurant. Bharath brings significant leadership experience in building highly scalable transactional and analytics applications in SaaS/Cloud environments. He has an established track record of building successful products in startups as well as large organizations and managing globally distributed teams.
Most recently he was VP of Product Development at iTradeNetwork, a leading provider of supply chain solutions. Prior to that, he was VP of Engineering at FoodLink, a leader in solutions for the perishables segment of the Food industry, which was acquired by Roper Technologies. At FoodLink he managed development of its collaborative order management and product traceability solutions.
Previously, Bharath was part of the founding team at Nomis Solutions, where he led the design and development of its award-winning price optimization solutions for the Financial Services industry. At i2 Technologies, a pioneer in supply chain optimization, he led a global engineering organization for its SRM business unit.
His previous experience includes roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems. He has an MS from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
